DAY 4: HAKONE HAKONEEEEEEE /\^/\^

The attempts of trying to use symbols to make mountains.

We checked out of Citadines and headed to Shinjuku Station. Romance Car was at level 1 of the station. Boy so earlyyy
We bought half of our luggage up and the other half we left it with Citadines as we will be returning for the remaining nights.

Some of the scenery seen from the train journey

OUR FIRST GLIMPSE OF MOUNT FUJI

We alight from the station and took a bus using the Hakone Free Pass to where our tradition stay driver will fetch us from.

As our room was not ready yet and it was not check in time we went to take the Hakone Rope Way.

We went to explore with no planned itinerary on hand. So many impromtu but so much fun. Every stop we will just spam photos hahahahaha
We took the cruise from the Hakone Sightseeing station. The cruise travel on Lake Ashi and there is two stops, Motohakone-ko and Hakonemachi-ko pier

We alighted on the first stop and headed for some food. It was around 12pm and we left around 7am waking up at around 6am. S t a r v i n g

Picture menu, Yessssssss pleaseeeeee "A picture is worth a thousand words"

The place was beautiful very countryside looking and people there seems to have no worries

Headed back to our ride and we attempted to walk back to our traditional stay, exploring as we go

As we were walking back we saw this barren slight hill and omg BEST SELFIE SPOT! We spend like 20mins there getting our bums stucked with all the fallen dried plants

And.... We reached. Green Plaza Hotel Hakone which was one of the most expensive hotel up there but after looking at it all was worth it. We had spectacular view from our room's balcony and the hot spring has an outdoor bath with the view too! It was about $200SGD per night per person and it was 5 in a room but all was worth

Our view from the balcony

We went to the hot spring and headed to dinner. One thing sad was we did not manage to experience eating the traditional way in our rooms as it was the November season the volume was far to high for the hotel to cope so it was buffet style. Which actually also great as well, in its own ways

After dinner our futons was set up! They still make like a mini pathway for walking like whuttttt. Kawaiiii

Ending this post with Mount Fuji when the sun is setting

So glad that the weather was on our side. I mean look at that man its sooooo clear. Love it love it
